This session offers a simple, embodied way to release that tension.

Through grounding movements and somatic awareness, you’ll learn to let your body complete what it never got to finish—stress responses that got stuck, emotions that never had space, trauma that’s been quietly sitting in the background.

In this practice, you’ll:
✅ Calm your fight-or-flight response
✅ Activate your body’s natural tremor/release reflex
✅ Gently discharge stored physical and emotional tension
✅ Create space for peace, safety, and connection with God

You don’t need to force anything.
Let your body lead. Trust the process. And know that Jesus meets you right here, in the release—not after it.
