  • The full flow can be done in as little as 15–20 minutes. Each component is short and intentional, designed to fit into your real, everyday life. You can also break it up and return to pieces of the routine throughout the day.

  • No problem. This isn’t about perfection—it’s about presence. The goal isn’t to “never miss,” it’s to keep coming back. When you do, even after missing time, your body and spirit remember how to reset. Grace always leads.

  • Just your body and a little space to move. For one session, you’ll need something like a PVC pipe, broomstick, or towel—but that’s it. No expensive gear, apps, or complicated tools.
