This is where we reset.

Your breath is a direct path back to God’s presence. It’s a built-in tool for calming your nervous system, focusing your thoughts, and opening your heart to prayer.

In this short practice, we’ll use slow, intentional breathing to ground ourselves in the moment—then shift into simple, honest prayer.

No performance. No pressure. Just breath and presence.

What to Expect:
✅ 3–5 minutes of guided breathwork
✅ Gentle shifts from inhale to exhale
✅ Scripture or centering phrase to anchor you
✅ A simple flow into short personal prayer

🙏 After the Practice:
Take 1–2 minutes to sit in silence. Let your thoughts settle. Listen for the whisper of the Holy Spirit.

Then, ask:
“Lord, what do You want me to know for today? What do you want me to do?”
Write it down or speak it aloud.
